I'll begin working on your request as soon the payment of 50% of the agreed price is made and after signing the contract.

The finished artwork will only be sent after the payment of the remaining 50% of the agreed price.

FINAL PRODUCT: A digital product in PNG format will be sent to you via e-mail or Google DRIVE.

PRODUCT SIZE: A3 300PPI (format can be changed depending on the clients needs).

DEADLINE: Upon Agreement.

Sua encomenda começará a ser desenvolvida após o pagamento de 50% do valor negociado e após a assinatura do contrato.

O trabalho finalizado só será entregue após o pagamento dos 50% remanescentes do preço combinado inicialmente.

ENTREGA: Produto digital, encaminhado em formato PNG através de e-mail ou Google DRIVE.

First, provide a general description of what you'd like to commission: bust, fullbody, background, items, number of characters, etc;

Reference pics are welcome (4 - 6 pics);

You must inform what the product will be used for and when you'd like to receive it;

After that, I'll decide whether I can pick it up or not;

After accepted, I'll send you a rough sketch of your idea and the estimate of the commission;

Then, you decide if you'd like to continue with the request;

Once the request is accepted by both parts, the client will be mailed a contract to be signed in order to seal the deal;

The development of the commission will start only if the following is done: 1. The contract is read, agreed upon and signed by the client; 2. Half / 50% of the agreed price is paid in advance;

Then the Sketching phase will begin: here, you can do modifications without changing the estimated price (except in cases of add-ons);

Sketches in low resolution and watermarked will be sent in for the client's feedback;

After the Sketch phase, the Final Art phase begins. This one takes more time. Here, images of the ongoing commission will be sent in for the client's feedback;

Modifications/add-ons done in the Final Art phase will be charged according to complexity;

When the commission is finished, the product will be sent in via e-mail or google DRIVE after the payment of the remaining 50% of the agreed price.

Primeiro, precisarei de uma descrição geral da encomenda: busto, corpo todo, cenário, itens, número de personagens que farão parte, etc.;

Fotos de referência são bem vindas (4 - 6 fotos);

Informar a finalidade de uso do produto e quando gostaria de recebê-lo;

Decidirei se posso fazer ou não a encomenda e se o prazo de entrega é viável;

Quando aceita, enviarei um esboço simples da ideia descrita pelo cliente e o orçamento do trabalho;

Então, o cliente deve decidir se pretende continuar com a encomenda ou não;

Com a encomenda aceita, enviarei o contrato! O desenvolvimento da comissão só será iniciado após o pagamento de 50% do valor negociado;

Após o pagamento, inicia-se a fase de rascunho: nela, você pode fazer modificações até ficar satisfeito, sem alterar o valor da comissão (salvo caso de adição de elementos à encomenda);

Os rascunhos para feedback do cliente são enviados em baixa resolução e com marca d'água;

Após a fase de rascunho, inicia-se a fase de Arte Final. Esta é mais demorada. Nela, serão enviadas imagens para feedback do cliente;

Modificações/adições solicitadas nessa etapa serão cobradas de acordo com o grau complexidade;

Com o OK do cliente, o produto em alta resolução será enviado por e-mail ou google DRIVE após o pagamento dos 50% remanescentes do valor combinado.
